The WeightLoss Nutritionist is overseen by Steve Smallwood BA (Hons), MSc, ANutr. Steve Smallwood has been involved in Weight Management interventions for more than 30 years. Steve holds Master's degrees in both Human Nutrition and Weight Management and is registered with the Association for Nutrition.
Steve has had nutrition and weight management research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) as well as the scientific journal, Nitric Oxide and is also the creator of the HighSatiety diet, an evidence-based approach to reducing hunger to promote long-term weight-loss.
